Overall – Attendees and press will arrive at a designated entry zone where they will board snowmobiles. These vehicles will transport guests through the property and deliver them directly to the show area, creating an immersive experience from the moment they arrive.

Lighting – Fifty-eight AX9 fixtures will be placed throughout the space to illuminate the environment and scenic elements. Hyperion units will be mounted on ladder truss to provide key light for the photo opportunity. A pair of GLP X5 Bars will highlight the snowmobiles as they depart for the show location, and Titan Tubes will illuminate the vendor areas. This is a localized power and data zone and does not need to interface with other systems.

Audio – A small PA system will provide ambient music and a soundscape for guests as they arrive. A basic microphone package will be available for local announcements, and the PA system will be mounted on tripod stands or integrated into the truss structure. A Bolero comm system will also be available in this area for communication support. This is a localized power and data zone and does not need to be tied into other systems.

Rigging – There is a small truss structure here to help with signage for the attendees and hide BOH areas.
