1. TRAVEL TO/FROM CHICAGO AIRPORT & PREP HOTEL

  • Individuals Uber/Lyft to/from Chicago Airport & Prep Hotel

2. TRAVEL TO/FROM PREP HOTEL & PRG CHICAGO

  • Nick Shafer & Kathryn Sykes will have vehicles to get people to/from prep hotel and PRG Chicago.

  • Car Assignments

3. TRAVEL TO/FROM SHOW HOTEL & ASPEN AIRPORT

  • Nick Shafer, Kathryn Sykes and Sharod James will have rental vehicles in Aspen, CO. We will shuttle people to/from the airport during arrivals.

  • Airport Shuttle(s)

4. TRAVEL TO/FROM SHOW HOTEL & SHOW SITE

  • A shuttle bus will arrive to the Element Basalt each morning at 7:00AM to pick-up all PRG crew and then transport us to site.

  • PRG crew will be onsite around 7:45AM.

  • A shuttle bus will depart the ranch at 5:15PM each evening to drop off all PRG crew back at the Element Basalt.

  • The only PRG vehicle onsite will be Nick Shafer’s rental vehicle in case of emergency.
