GEAR LOGISTICS
1. PRG Trailer Delivery & Unload
All PRG trucks will deliver to Double Diamond’s Gypsum warehouse located at 543 Gilder Way, Gypsum, CO 81637
Trucks will be offloaded by Double Diamond staff under the supervision of PRG staff.
2. Reloading by Double Diamond
PRG gear will be stored at the Gypsum warehouse.
Equipment will be re-sorted and re-packed onto 26’ box trucks provided by Double Diamond.
Double Diamond, under PRG supervision, reloads equipment into their box trucks.
Box trucks will be loaded one day prior to onsite delivery at the Gypsum warehouse.
Once loaded, trucks will drive from Gypsum to Double Diamond Carbondale and remain parked overnight.
3. Crossload Operations
At the cross-load area, Double Diamond + PRG crew unload box trucks.
Equipment is reloaded onto one of the following transport options:
Snowcat / Pull-able Trailers
Panther T6 Tracked Vehicles
Equipment available at the Crossroad:
2× small telehandler
1× large forklift
4. Distribute Gear
From the cross-load area, gear is transported to one of two main destinations:
Arena (General Sorting & Storage Zone)
For equipment not immediately needed.
Equipment available at the Arena:
1× small telehandler
1× flight case stacker
Direct-to-Location Delivery
For large builds (bleachers, towers, seating areas) to avoid double-handling.
5. Internal Site Transport
To move gear around the site—from Arena to installation zones—the following equipment is used:
2× UTVs W/ Sleds
Panther Tracked Machines (as needed)
Baskets Attachable To Snowcats For Staged Drops
